If accepted, I'll 'repackage' the design so that it hopefully catches more attention, and post it up for auction. This means by extension that by applying you're giving me rights to redesign and sell it, and design would be listed as 'design (c) your name + animadopts'

Do note that the auction will likely run at the following rate:
SB: $5/500pts
min. inc: $2/200pts
AB: (if you decide on an AB price please be realistic about it as my designs don't sell for very high amounts weep; )
The money will be split 50/50 (I will produce an invoice for winning paypal bids, and then send your cut to you, while winning points bids can be set up as separate widgets).

I thought of this keeping in mind lesser known creators so to me the best benefits would be for these ^^

Rules & Disclaimer

- This does not apply for resells, only originally created designs. This means I will not accept maker/dreamselfy/game preset designs, or adoptables bought from someone else. The applicant must be the creator of the design by requirement. If these kinds of details are withheld and later discovered, you will be blacklisted and denied future transactions.
- The 'repackaging' will be entirely up to me. In a way this is a bit of a mystery custom, except it'll be sold (hopefully) for both our benefits. The design will be posted as soon as the redesign is completed and you won't be able to request changes or WIPs (I'm not getting paid for this until the adopt sells so..). It might be redesigned just art-wise, simplified, made more complex, painted, or cel-shaded, in chibi form or fullbody, humanoid, species change, etc. I would just stress out if I had to cater to what you think would sell it, so I'm just asking for trust in that the result will be quite nice.
- Don't have very high expectations, I'm not a popular designer. Don't expect the design to sell for very high, or even sell at all, I have a lot of trouble selling designs, myself; this is why the SB is set at $5 :')
- The auction will have ToS that allows any changes to the design as long as this isn't done on the original artwork, with reselling equal to or lower than the price or method of acquiring.
- This isn't a rush job - I can't promise being very fast with this, as again I'm doing this without any service fees and am not obligated to stress myself with getting designs redesigned quickly; an animaredes application does mean you're not under pressure with debts or anything of the sort that will cause a need to rush the work.
- By filling out the form and submitting, you agree that you've read these rules and disclaimers, and are allowing rights to redesign and resell/sell your design with credits to you as a collaborative creator with a cut of the selling amount.
- Selling the character means that the design no longer belongs to you - I don't know if there will be such a case, however, if the revamped design is sold this means you're selling your design as an 'alternate' design for the new owner and should be willing to provide the files should they be requested
- I do not increase the value to compensate for Paypal fees, so the winning bid receives an invoice of the exact winning bid value. Likewise the money that goes/will go to the co-designer is an exact half of the winning bid, regardless of fees from currency conversion (USD). e.g, if the winning bid is $50, I invoice for $50. $25 will then be sent either through invoice or via goods & services to the co-designer.

- If the links/references to the designs you want to have redesigned are broken, I'll presume you do not want to participate any longer and I won't be repackaging your design - apologies from my end as I do sometimes take a very long time to get to things but I do, and if I can't find the references I won't be pestering you for them when I do get the time to design
